COMPETITION LAW
We provide top quality counselling in competition law and, more particularly, in unfair competition cases. Our activity in this field involves proceedings before both the National Competition Authority and the court. We typically advise on unfair competition, passing off, infringement of trade secrets, calls for boycotts, infringement of good reputation and issues of misleading consumers and customers. We take a complex approach to examining these fields of law with particular regard to intellectual property law.
We often represent clients in such complex cases where intellectual property infringement and unfair competition procedures are initiated parallely. We act in increasingly frequent and strict cartel procedures and prepare legal opinions for National Competition Authority applications and authorisation in the case of mergers and acquisitions.
